We are happy to offer you this webinar organised by EM Lyon Alumni .

In moving to a new role many people focus on the basic salary, and ignore other elements of the package.  This session will introduce the student to the principles of personal negotiation, consideration and assessment of the elements that make up a typical package, enabling them to identify what is really important to them and what can be traded.  A structured 10-step model will be introduced and negotiation strategies will be discussed.

By the end of the session you will be able to

  • Rank order your priorities when negotiating your terms of employment
  • Plan the process of negotiating your employment package minimising the risk of losing a job opportunity by commanding a salary far above the range for the position
  • Effectively execute the negotiation process to reach a mutually acceptable agreement with your employer
